Adam Le Good 


Adam has worked as both an internal and external training consultant since 1988 and has an excellent knowledge and understanding of the challenges facing organisations and their staff.

Over that time Adam has developed and conducted a wide variety of management and personal development programs for a broad cross section of clients.

He uses practical applications of management principles and theory plus an engaging and theatrical style to ensure that participants enjoy their learning experience and are able to translate their newly acquired skills to the workplace. His knowledge of adult learning principles, group dynamics, learning styles and human behaviour ensures that the training will appeal to a broad range of participants.

As well as a degree in Psychology, Adam has completed a Certificate IV in Training and Assessment, an Advanced Train the Trainer, a Creative Training Techniques workshop and a Diploma of Management. He is also a certified practitioner of the Herrmann Brain Dominance Instrument (HBDI), the Myers-Briggs Type Indicator (Step I and Step II), the Team Management Systems, DISC Advanced and the Belbin Team Roles. In addition he is a facilitator and distributor of Collaborizza the team collaboration tool.

His career includes a number of highlights including:
  • In association with Management Governance Australia, we developed an on-line Professional Development program for staff of a major Disability Employment agency. Part one for the managers around managing remote teams, and part two for all staff strengthening team cohesion and planning.
  •  Developing a range of change management programs to assist staff in the aged care and disability sectors across Victoria to deal with and lead their teams during a major change.
  • In collaboration with two associates, Adam developed a four day residential middle management program for Public Librarians, through the State Library of Victoria.
  • Adam developed and conducted a Graduate Engineers program in conjunction with Engineering Education Australia which ran for over 7 years, evolving every year to meet the needs of graduate engineers.
  • Developed and conducted an Event Management program for Public Library staff throughout Victoria.
  • For more than a decade Adam developed and delivered a Diploma of Management Program. Initially for staff in the Mental Health field, but in later years it was opened to staff in other Health Care service organisations.
  • In 2009 Adam was asked by La Trobe University to conduct a range of Change Management programs to assist with an organisation wide administrative change initiative. For all levels of staff from the Vice Chancellor down.
  • Together with a colleague Adam developed an eight month leadership program for Local Council involving a broad range of leadership topics, participant mentoring and a work based project.
Adam is a member of the Asia Pacific Institute for Learning and Performance (ILP), the Australian Association of Psychological Type (AUSAPT) and the Victorian Chamber of Commerce. Adam has also been interviewed for the print media and on radio to discuss several management development issues.
